Our Sale Condition's
We pride ourselves with our policy of complete honesty, if there are any faults or issues we are aware of we will always be up front with a buyer. If we feel the horse or weanling is not best suited to you we will tell you & there will be no sale, unless we have another more suitable that you are happy with.
KEY Points of our sales policy:
*A pre purchase Vet exam is advised and welcomed. All of our horses are believed sound unless otherwise noted. "A VET EXAMINATION IS MOST WELCOME" at buyer's expense BEFORE horse is purchased. Horses are sold as is with no warranties.*Horses are NOT considered Sold until paid for in full.
*A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to "hold" a horse, this deposit will "hold" for 1 week after that time the horse must be paid in full or a sales agreement contract must be signed for the agreed length of time or unless other arrangements are made and in writing. A horse does not leave here until paid in full.
*Deposits are non refundable unless a horse fails to pass a pre purchase exam where the veterinarian states it is not sound for intended purpose.
*Interest Free Payment Terms are available on all sale horses, a non-refundable 10% deposit which is required, with the remainder payment balance paid by regular weekly payments over the agreed period. A small agistment fee + maintenance costs will be added to the final sale price.
*Payment terms on foals are available until the foal has been weaned between 3 - 6mnths depending on the individual. A signed contract with a 10% non-refundable deposit is required with the remainder paid by regular weekly payments over the agreed period (A small agistment fee + maintenance costs will be added to the final sale price once the foal has been weaned).
*Horses having their own personalities, like people, sometimes won’t 'click' with their new owner, in the event that happens, I will gladly try and help the buyer to re-sell their horse to a appropriate home.
*No horse will leave the seller's property and no Registration papers will be signed and handed over to the buyer until full payment of any out-standing monies owing is paid in full.
*Horses are sold to approved homes,Good homes a must!, In a concerned case for the horse's welfare the seller reserves the right to refuse a sale. "first right of refusal of a sale" will be requested.
